The Station will conduct Rolling Stones Giveaway Contest (the “ C ontest”) substantially as described in these r ul es, and by p ar tic ip ating, each participant agrees as follows: 1. N O PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN . A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING . V O ID WHERE PROHIBITED . A LL FEDERAL , STATE , AN D LOCAL REGULATIONS APPLY . Eligibility. This C on tes t is open o nly t o legal U.S. residents , excluding Florida and New Y o rk residents, age eighteen (18) years or older at the t ime of entry with a valid Social Secu rity number and who reside in the Station’s D esignated Market Area ( “ DMA”) as defined by Niel sen Audio , w ho have not won a prize from the S tation in the last seven ( 7 ) days or a prize valued at $500 or mor e in the last seven ( 7 ) days , and whose immediate family members or household members have not won a prize from the S tation in the last seven ( 7 ) d ays or a prize v alued at $500 or mo re in the last seven ( 7 ) days . Employees of Station, Cumul us Radio LLC , each of their respective parent co mpany, affiliates, related entities and subs i diaries, promotional sponsors, prize providers, adver tising agenci es, other ra di o sta tions serving the Station’s DMA , an d the imme diate family members and household members of all such employees are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family m embers” includes spouses, parents and step - parents, s iblings and s tep - siblings , and c hildren and stepchildren. The term “househol d members” refers to people who share the same residence at least three (3) month s out of the year. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and loc al laws and regu lations. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth he rein. 2. Contes t Perio d. The Contest will be held on Thursday , July 2 9 , 2021 between 6am and 9am ( the “Contest Period”). The Station’s com puter is the official time keeping d e vice for this Co n te st. The correct c aller to the Station as announced on - air , as d ete r mi ned by the Station in its s ole discret ion, will be eligible to w in. Time Delay Bet ween Over - the - Air Analog Signal and Internet Broadcast : Due to the time delay that exists between the Station’s analog ove r - th e - air signal and the Statio n ’s o n li ne web cas t , listeners who listen t o t he Station online may hear t he cue to c all later than l ist eners listening to the Station’s analog over - the - air signal. The winning entrant will be advised they are winner and be awarded the prize (sub ject to verification of eligibility and complianc e wi th the terms of these rules ) . Fail ure to respond to the initial verificatio n co ntact within three (3) days of n o ti ficati on w il l result in disqualif i cat io n and forfeiture of the p rize . There wi ll be f ive ( 5 ) audio clips of celebrities during the C o ntest Period (one audio celebrity clip each day o f the Contest P eriod ). 2 5. Ver ification of Potenti al W inner. THE ELIG I BIL I T Y OF ALL PO T EN TIAL CONTEST WINNER S I S S UB JECT TO VERIFICATION BY STATION WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL A ND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms a nd conditions of the se O fficial Rules, a nd w i nn ing is co n ti ngent upon fulfilling all r equirem ents. The potential winner may be notified by email and /or telephone call after the date of random drawing and/or winner determination. The potential w inner will be required to sign and return to Stati o n, w i th in thr ee ( 3) days of the date not i ce is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicit y r elease (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize, if applicable. A winner who r e turns the a ffidavit of eligibil ity and liability/p u bli c i ty relea se w il l be deemed to have a c cep te d the c ontest p rize and thereafter will not be permitted to re scind their acceptance of the prize and/or return the prize. If a potential winner cannot be con t acted, fail s to sign and return the affidavit of e l igi b i li ty and /or th e liability/publicity rel ea se with in the required time period (if applicable), or if t he prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. AP PROXIMAT E RETAIL VALUE OF EACH PRIZE IS TWO HINDRED AND NINETY - FOUR ( $ 294 ) . Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds o f winni ng the P r iz e depend on a n umber of fac tors including t h e number of eligi bl e en t ri es rec ei ve d during t he Contest Period an d listeners participating at any given time . There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalen t for prizes, except that th e Stati on may, at its sole discr etion an d to the e xtent permi t ted by law, subs t it u te p r i z es o f co m parable va lue or cash. The pr i zes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any o ther expenses. Station reserves the right to cancel, suspend an d/ or modify the Contest, or any par t of it , if any fraud, te chnical fail ures o r any other fact or beyond S t a ti o n’s r e a sona bl e c ontr ol imp air s the integrit y or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Station in its sole discretion. Station reserv es the right in its sole dis cretion to dis q ual ify any indivi dual it find s to b e tampering with the entry p r oc e ss or t he o pe ra t ion of the Co nt est or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Released Parties are not responsible for: ( a ) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether c au sed by Station, entrants, printin g error s or by any of the equipme nt o r prog ramming ass ociat ed with or u t il i zed i n the Co nt e st; ( b ) te chn ic al failure s of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines o r network hardware or soft ware; ( c ) unau t hor ized human int erventio n in any p art of the entry process or t he Con te

Disput e s.
