SACRIFICE “Before I get in the ring, I have already won or lost the fight on the road. The real part is won or lost somewhere far away from witness-behind the lines, in the gym and out on the track long before the dance under the lights. I hated every minute of training, but I said, don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a CHAMPION ”. - Muhammed Ali
