Cut chicken breast into chicken fingers or chicken nugget-sized pieces. Mix panko, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl. Spread yogurt on each
pieces of chicken. Coat chicken with panko and drizzle with olive oil. Arrange chicken in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.Bake at 350oF for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165oF).
