Unit casing shall be minimum 18 gauge satin coat steel with weather resistant powder coat finish (Sky Grey). All seams to be sealed with weather resistant caulking. The standard unit roof and wall panels are 2” thick with 3 lb/cu ft density fiberglass insulation. Inner cabinet liners shall be, 22 gauge perforated G90 galvanized steel in

The base shall be constructed of heavy gauge formed steel or structural channels with integral supports. Perimeter base frame a roof curb and is provided with lifting lugs. Unit Floor is 2” thick ,designed using 14 gauge G90 galvanized steel sheets and shall be double skinned and internally insulated, an optional upgrade to a stainless steel checker plate floor is available .Units with cooling coils shall be equipped with a sloped stainless steel condensate drain pan, with a 1 ½” NPT connection.

Fan motors shall be rated continuous duty, ball bearing construction, and have class F insulation. Variable pitch v-belt drives, of cast iron construction and adjustable motor mounts to be provided.
