What is it?
The purpose of the Big Sister/Little Sister Program is to :
Provide support, advice, and guidance to freshmen, sophomore, and first-year transfer students in the College of Engineering
Promote positive influence, motivation, and leadership in academia and personal life
Ensure that all members maintain active roles within SWE

An after-school club for high school girls where students:
Receive mentorship from collegiate UTEP SWE members
Work on technical projects and creative engineering
Have the opportunity to receive laboratory
