Product distributed at no charge, including professional samples. Product purchased on behalf of other manufacturers, institutions, contract research organizations, or others for use in clinical trial or for charitable donations. Product obtained illegally or via diverted means. Product purchased from a distributor who is not a BIPI authorized distributorProduct that BIPI determines is adulterated, misbrandedor counterfeit. Product sold on a nonreturnable basis.Product damaged due to improper storage orhandling while outside of BIPI’s custodyProduct purchased or distributed contrary to federal, state,

Product distributed outside the United States, PuertoRicoand all U.S. Territories.VALUATION OF RETURN CREDIT: Return value for Expired Productseligible for creditwill be calculated at the lowest invoiced price over the months prior to the return daof an authorized product.If the individual returning customer cannot be identified, the Expired Productseligible for creditwill be priced at the lowest contract price that had been available to any BIPI customer within the last months prior to the return date; this includes but is not limited to Federal and/or other government customers. The return value for Discontinued Products is identical to Returnable Expired Products unless otherwise communicated in the BIPI discontinuation noticeReturnable Expired Products as partial containers will be credited based on exact count.
