What is Induction?A two year period of support for new teachersWith an assigned support provider who is a veteran teacher trained to mentor new teachersFocused on your professional development based on your teaching assignment and your current knowledge and skillsThe cost is just over $4000 a year but currently there is a state grant to cover the cost for public school teachers.
