Majic 95.1 WAJI OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES ”Experience Columbus” How to Enter the Contest: The Experience Columbus con test will begin on June 19th, 2019 and end on July 12th , 2019 at 4 p.m . To participate in the contest , register to win at http://www.majic951.com/experience - columbus/ . No purchase necessary. Eligibility Restrictions: The contest is open to all Majic 95.1 listeners who are 18 years of age or ol der and who reside in the WAJI listening area. To participate, you must live in the Fort Wayne metropolitan area, consisting of Allen, Whitley, Dekalb, Wells, Adams, Huntington, Steuben, Jay and Noble counties in Indiana and Defiance, Van Wert, and Pauldin g counties in Ohio. Employees of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Fort Wayne metropolitan area and members of their respective families are ineligible to participate or win. Family members are p arents, children, spouses, those in spouse - like relationship and siblings, in - laws (including those in step - and half relationships when living in the same household). Anyone who has been employed by or interned with Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. is also ineligible. Grand Prize: A 2 - night stay at Drury Inn and Suites 4 passes to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium 4 passes to the National Veterans Memorial and Museum 4 passes to the Center of Science & Industry (COSI) 4 passes to the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botan ical Gardens 4 passes to the Columbus Museum of Art Total approximate retail value of grand prize is : $900 Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all transportation to hotel and attractions, parking fees, telephone charges, meals, gratuities, spending money and any other expenses not specifically offered herein. Winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon check in at hotel to cover any incidental expenses. The Grand prize winner must be able to use grand prize package by September 1st , 2019. The Grand Prize winner must complete all paperwork at the WAJI offices befor e claiming prize by August 12th , otherwise the winner will forfeit the trip and another entry will be chosen. Contest prizes are not tra nsferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Selection of Winners: The Grand prize winners will be selected at random from contestants who meet all eligibility restrictions and completed an entry on http://www.majic951.com/experience - columbus/ . The Grand Prize winner will be announced on the Majic951.com website with a total of 1 Grand Prize Winner on July 12 th ,2019 @ 4 p.m. WAJI will also contact the winner by telephone. If a winner cannot be reached within 2 business days, an alternate winner will be selected and the prize awarded. Dates are subject to change at the discretion of WAJI. Conditions: Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibil ity of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent. WAJI , in it s sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WAJI web site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or tech nical failures of any sort . Contest winners are required to sign a receipt verifying eligibility prior to acceptance of any prize of more than nominal value. Before claiming a prize, contest winners are also required to sign a liability release if the prize to be awarded is valued at $600 or greater, if the contest or prize entails dangerous or potentially dangerous activity, or if the prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by Majic 95.1 . Pursuant to the Liability Release and Travel Release, the winner will agree to hold Majic 95.1 , WAJI , Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless from and against any and all c laims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest. These rules are subject to the interpretation of Majic 95.1 , WAJI . Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent o r greater value, can be changed at the discretion of Majic 95.1 , and such changes will become effective upon on - air or other appropriate announcement. The contest is void where prohibited. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Majic 95.1 , WAJI .
