One Week Assessment
The first meeting is to understand your Company needs, issues and concerns, and the best way to approach them.

ssessment will include one on one meetings,
basic review of employment manual, basic review of I-9 forms, basic review of benefit programs and other compliance programs (discrimination/harassment training).

Project Based or Ala Carte
Project base, or fixed price agreement, works best for longer focused projects that have clear deliverables for a guaranteed not to exceed fee. Each project a plan is developed to outline the steps involved to accomplish the desired results. Based upon this project plan, hours are assigned to each step resulting in an overall projection of hours necessary to complete the original project plan. The benefit to this approach is knowing what the cost will be up front regardless of how many hours are actually required to complete the original project deliverables.

“Best Value” Retainer Fee
A Retainer Agreement package offers 25 billable hours of professional Human Resource consulting at a discounted rate, plus expenses. You can elect to use this time for start-ups, work on any type of HR project, audit, restructuring, or for on-site/off-site support. The package is in effect for 1 year, or until the 25 billable hours are used up (or renewed), whichever comes first.
