Important Notes:Start times for all AP exams are set by the College Board and therefore cannot be changed.

All AM exams begin before school starts and most of the PM exams end after school is out. Students will need to plan for transportation and after school schedules accordingly.Students taking exams with accommodations will test in an alternate location. These students will be notified via email prior to the exam date.College Board Account Updat

e: AP student accounts are being updated to allow you to log in with your email address instead of using a separate username. When the update occurs, you'll be brought through the following steps. It should only take a few minutes to move through them.

On Testing Day, Students Should Expect To:

Start On Time Morning exams will start at promptly at 8:00am. Afternoon exams will start at 12:30pm. Students should arrive at their testing locations 5-10 minutes early.Be Prepared With Several sharpened #2 Pencils. DO NOT use mechanical pencils! Several black or blue ink pens Snack and water for breaksAn approved calculator, if applicable.

Turn Off All Devices Cell phones and other electronic devices are NOT allowed in the testing room. Please make sure all electronic devices are stored in your locker or left in your car or at home.

Stay The Entire Length of the Exam Per College Board policy, students are required to stay for the entire exam and will not be able to leave early. Be sure that coaches and employers know in advance of your testing date and that you may be late.

Make-up Exam Day Requests

Students are expected to take their AP exams on the initial date of their exam. Students ill on test day: In order to be scheduled for the make-up exam, students must provide medical documentation and make their request within 2 days of missing the initial test date.Students with conflicts: In order to be scheduled for the make-up exam, students must provide valid documentation of the conflict prior to the initial test date. Make up exam dates are set by the College Board and will take place the week of May 16th

LUNCH on Exam DayStudents taking an AM exam will finish testing by 12:00pm and should follow their normal lunch schedule for the day (students testing with accommodations should bring a lunch from home as testing may not end until after the lunch block ends).

Students taking a PM exam will eat A Lunch on exam day.Students taking an AM and PM exam on the same day will eat A Lunch and are highly encouraged to bring your own lunch to allow time to eat and to travel to your next exam location.

Sending Your AP Scores to CollegesStudents must indicate through their MyAP

account the college or university they’d like to receive their free score report. This is especially important for college-bound seniors.The deadline to indicate or change your free score report recipient through MyAP is June 20, 2022.Visit https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/sending-scores

to learn how to send your AP scores.
