Maximum usage of heat energy dissipated during cooking.

WORKING
Water is supplied to the boiler from the tank.
When heated, steam generates as well the food in the oven is also gets cooked.
The steam runs the impulse turbine.
Draft fan connected to turbine also rotates.
Heat conduction takes place in the HX.
Thus a hot stream of air is obtained.Slide7
ADVANTAGESMaximum utilization of heat energy.No need of electric current.
Most economical for countries, especially hotels.
