In a food processor, process flavor to a liquid
Add a small amount of water if flavor source is not thin enough
Run through a sieve to remove solids if required
Liquid amount should be 1/3 cup after strained
set aside
Slide8Flavored liquid for sphere
Dissolve 1 sachet of calcium lactate in ¼ cup water using an immersion blender
Add flavored liquid and blend until you have 1 solution
Set aside for 15 minutes to remove air bubbles
Slide9Sodium alginate bath
Combine 1 sachet of sodium alginate in 2 cups of water
Blend thoroughly using an immersion blender
Refrigerate for 15 minutes

Using a tablespoon, slowly pour flavored liquid into the sodium alginate bath
Ensure the spoon is almost touching the sodium alginate bath
Let sit for 1 minute
Remove sphere from bath and place into water bath
Remove from water bath and use as desired
