Student Council APPLICATION and CAMPAIGN TIMELINE Wednesday- Aug- 21 st  - - Students get packet from Mrs. Cramer. Tuesday, Aug. 27  - Deadline to turn in packet to Mrs. Cramer -PACKETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 2:30 Wednesday, Aug. 28 th   - Eligibility letters given out (during 1st period) Thursday, Aug. 29 th  –Friday, Sept. 6 th  -  Campaign posters displayed in cafeteria Tuesday, Sept. 3 rd   – Speeches uploaded to Flipgrid Wednesday-Monday, Sept. 4 th -9 th  -  Students view campaign videos during elective classes Tuesday, Sept. 10 th  -  Election Day-Students will vote through Moodle during electives or in the library. Wednesday, Sept. 11 th   - Posters taken down

Please ask your student for our Community Newsletter. Our goal is to provide up-to-date information to community members each Tuesday so that you can support your child’s school and education.

PTO Planning Meeting will be held Tuesday, August 20th 1 :00 p.m. Please share this info with ALL parents, friends, and family that are willing to be part of the PTO decision making committee. We need help! If you are unable to attend the planning meeting but would like to be a driving force on projects and committees, please email or call Ms. Brown. She will pass this info to PTO. If you would like to volunteer to help on a project (i.e., Bus Safety Week, Thanksgiving Lunch for Faculty & Staff, Teacher Work Day, etc.), stop by the library during Open House.

TRYOUTS 6 th -8 th Graders Wed., August 21 2:30pm-3:30pm Meet in the library after school. Parents should pick up students in front of the school. Do you like trivia games like Jeopardy?

To protect ALL Sharks, we require a photo ID to check out a student- even if we know your face. Students can only be released to contacts listed on the online registration form completed by the primary parent/guardian. The primary parent/guardian (who completed the online registration) should see Ms. Dumas to make changes or additions.
