Dear Selection Committee,I am recent graduate from UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design and I am ecstatic to attain an Entry Level position. As a young and enthusiastic student of the eld I am interested in design-oriented architecture and would be appreciative to contribute my design skills to an architecture team. This past summer I interned in Singapore with the architecture rm Aedas. In the process, I attained skills in design and social interaction that enhanced my aptitude in the eld of architecture. The greatest achievement was the ability to engage with people from dierent cultural backgrounds. This culminated into a collaborative experience that encouraged succinct and architecturally rational design solutions. I believe that my cooperativewould make me viable candidate in an architecture passionate rm.In addition to my internship experience, my education in architecture at UC Berkeley also empowered me to develop a vigor for innovative design. I expanded my thought in spatial through explorativefabrication and theoretical relationships that enabled me to perceive architecture in distinctive manners. In essence, this process instilled an ambition in me to address the formation of space as a relationship to its ideological context, materiality and its inhabitants.
