Maureen Lojo Associate Professor Supply Chain Management Final Degree PhD, Operations Management, MIT Faculty Contact Info Tahoe Hall 2114 2786901 Maureen Lojo earned a B.A. in History at the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s in Public and Private Management at Yale University, and a doctorate in Operations Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She taught at Cornell University, Brandeis University, and Universidad Torcuato di Tella before joining the faculty of California State University, Sacramento in 2000. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked for a biotechnology firm and ran a microbrewery. Her primary research interests are in the management of service operations, particularly those that are highskill and/or technology mediated. She also purs
