The following is a detailed look at the enhancements made to KapaluaGolf’s Plantation Course during the 9month renovation project. Original Native grass area added behind the forward teeHole 7New professional tee added to the right of the existing tee and the old professional tee was removedThe resort and forward tee complex was rebuilt and loweredA new landform was added in the middle of the landing zone off the teehe bunkers were reduced in sizeThe green was reduced in size by approximately 750 square feetHole 8Right side professional tee rebuilt and expandedLeft side professional tee removedForward tee raised 3 feetEntire green complex was rebuiltAll bunkers moved slightly closer to the greenFront bunker bottom raised by 45 feetBailout areas created left and right to capture errant shotsHole 9New professional tee addedTee complex rebuilt and loweredA new forward tee addedA new landform in the left rough/fairway landing areaLeft fairway bunkers movedin toward the fairwayHole 10New professional tee addedNew native grass areas established in front of professional tee and back left of the green complexThe front left approach area was raised slightly to prevent balls
