Mr Creagh is a geologist with more than 30 years of experience in the Australian and international mining industry. Chris brings significant expertise and experience in exploration and development management across a variety of metals and coal projects. Mr Creagh’s previous corporate experience includes the management of publicly listed and private resource companies. He is currently the CEO of ASX listed Elementos Limited. He has served as the technical director for Majestic Resources NL and Metals Finance Ltd, and has been a director of several private companies including Resource Engineers and Capricorn Chemicals. A recurring feature of his career has been the development and implementation of new technologies, particularly in the processing of tin ores and bacterial processing of refractory sulphide ores. In recent years the commissioning of several substantial new mining operations in Europe and Asia have been completed, and with ongoing work in process consulting on several tin, gold and lithium projects. Cameron WoodrowMr Woodrow has been working in the Investment banking industry in Europe and Australia as a corporate advisor and sales trader since leaving university. In later years he spent 5 years in Europe working at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse before taking on roles at Stonebridge as a sales trader and state manager. In the past four years he has been at Paterson Securities.His experience spans 20 years and in that time he has developed a significant corporate network in the financial community both in Australia and overseas through his extensive involvement in the resource industry. He has been instrumental in raising capital for companies. In his career he has gained extensive experience and knowledge of the capital markets and the regulatory environments.

In North Queensland,
Permo-Carboniferous hydrothermal breccia complexes are associated with major IRGS deposits.Deep drilling has been a vital part of the discovery of the higher grade cores of the known IRGS deposits in North Queensland. Previous exploration in the Chillagoe District has focussed on surficial mineralisation.Prospects within the project area exhibit all the features of a well mineralised IRG system including: • Clusters of old gold workings • Coherent soil gold anomalies • Outcropping sub-volcanic breccia complexes, in part associated with gold • Long mineralised drill intersections such as 105 m at 0.14 g/t gold and 117 m at 0.10 g/t gold at Empire • Associated sulphide and base metal mineralsOver 1450 rock chip samples have been collected in the project area and 130 of these have returned gold assays over 1.0 g/t. Approximately 2,260 stream samples have been collected in project area. Gold assays as high as 39,000 ppb (39 g/t) were recorded in the Empire region. Over 2,000 soil samples have been collected and analysed in the project area, mainly within the Empire Mine Lease.
