Verbally Set it up, “Action and Attack”
Ask for Confirmation from Chair, if confirmed, give “Warning”
Ask for Confirmation from Chair, if confirmed, put on 30 sec shot clock
Each additionally confirmed Passive is Shot Clock
Must have Shot Clock if points aren't scored at 1 minute<br>

Acknowledge the Judge and Chair then Start Match
Two periods, 3:00 minutes each (2:00 for kids)
Score your OPINION on all actions
Look for Passivity's, put on shot clock at 1 minute
If par terre occurs bring them up after a few seconds
DO NOT let 1st period end scorless
30 seconds of break time between periods
Check Oils/Sweat
