Furnished apartment housing (mostly 2 & 4 bedrooms)
Shared community centers, laundry facilities, and mail rooms
Dedicated residence life staff with regular opt-in programming
Guaranteed for all first-year students, applications granted by lottery thereafter
Caltech-leased off-campus housing
Unfurnished properties of varying sizes (studio–4 bedrooms)
Can accommodate graduate students with families
Applications available online, priority given by position on waitlist
Off-campus housing
Generally unfurnished
