The pusher was design to meet the very hard demanding working machine for cowsheds.
The machine is built as a mono block 8 mm chassis High quality steel as a three wheeler, two drive front wheel. In the rear one steering hydraulic operating for very sharp and small turning radius.
THE Pusher can do several different jobs by using the quick attachment front :
Using a large scraper it can approach the feed through the cows.
Using a special bucket it is possible to clean rapidly manure.
Using a cage attached to the quick attachment in the front, it is possible to transfer young born calf.
At the rear a ball drawbar for pulling small trailers.
Technical specification:
Length- 3000mm
Width-1300mm
High-1400mm
Weight – 650 kg
Motor-20 Hp two cylinders air cooled diesel motor, with engine oil cooler.
Hydraulics system:
Hydrostatic drive pump plus service pump drive by coupling from motor shaft.
Hydraulic operate steering system.
Two control valve for lifting, and shuffle the front devises.
18 liter hydraulic oil, HVI 46.
2.8 liter 15 W 40 high quality oil.
Wheels size- 18*9.5-8
Battery- 45 Ampere/ Hour
Service:
First service after 100 working hours, motor oil, motor oil filter, check hydraulic oil level, grease all grease points air filter.
Regular service every 250 hours.
First hydraulic oil and oil filter after 1000 hours.<br>
