Youth trips for underprivileged youth and reverts of islam:
My objective is take young underprivileged muslim youth and new reverts to Islam on day and overnight trips to nature reserves and expose them to animals, flora and fauna of the country. My aim is to educate and expose the various groups which I will company on the greatness of Allah Ta alas creation and the link between Islam, nature, and our duty as muslims towards the environment and the conservation
On every trip I intend for religious scholars and people such muslim Botanists, Geologists, Field Guides, Zoologists who can share and impart the knowledge they possess.
The focus will be on four themes:
Kindness toward animals and plants
Water and food Usage
Effects of Pollution
Energy efficiency
Programs and etiquettes of eating, drinking, sleeping, salaah, wudu , ghusl, cleanliness and various other Islamic programs will be hosted.
I will require part sponsorships for these camps which I intend to host. It is a potential means of educating and uplifting these group of people who require the communities support, love and compassion. A possibility is that one of the individuals might display an interest in a career in one of the fields of discussion.
My aim is establish links with these groups and to create on going support programs for them.

Date: 15 October 2016
Venue: Suikerbosrand Nature reserve
Target: Underprivileged muslim youth aged between 10 and 21 years and new reverts to Islam
Total Cost: R 2500 R 3000 includes entrance fees, transport, food, drinks, hikes and Islamic workshops.
Accompanied by a qualified Field Guide and Aalim
Pick-up and drop-off points will be in Lenasia and Johannesburg.
