Focus on two primary BSM themes
Dark Matter
BSM involving neutrinos
Form working groups consists of theorists and experimentalists to work toward making BSM topics solidly established in neutrino physics
Complete the first draft of the white paper at this workshop
Iterate in the next couple of weeks
Submit to archive no later than April 30<br>
