From the LRC, or Conference room computers:
Double click the Xerox Scan shortcut folder on the desktop
Login with your full DOP email address and passwordFrom domain joined computerOpen the P: shared drive > Xerox Scan folderThe PDFs are saved with the date and time as “Front/BackXeroxScan-YYMMDD-HHMMSS”. Sort by Date Modified to find your document quickly.Important NotesEveryone with a DOP account has access to this folder. Sensitive files should be deleted from the Xerox Scan folder immediately once retrieved.
All PDF files in this folder will be auto-deleted after 30 days.There is no cost to scan.Slide9
