As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you…. If they persecuted Me, they will persecute you also. They will treat you this way because of My name, for they do not know who sent Me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. IV. HOW DOES THE HOLY SPIRIT HELP US?
THE HOLY SPIRIT COMES ALONGSIDE TO HELP US IN OUR GOD-GIVEN TASK OF TELLING THE WORLD ABOUT JESUS!
1. THE HOLY SPIRIT CONVICTS THE WORLD OF SIN, SHOWING PEOPLE THAT THEY NEED A SAVIOR!

AS A BELIEVER IN JESUS CHRIST YOU HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU!
