You shall seek those who contend with you, but you shall not find them; those who war against you shall be as nothing at

For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you,

1) I am your God – over you.
10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God;
To be dismayed literally means you have completely lost courage; you are utterly and thoroughly disheartened.
Notice
that the key to not being dismayed is to make sure that God is your God. Slide16
2) I am with you – by your side.
10 Fear not, for I am with you;
We should take courage NOT ONLY BECAUSE GOD IS GOD AND HE IS OVER US, but because our HE is with us!

I will trust God to help me. Because God is always present, He promises His strength and He promises to help us.
Heb. 13:6
So we can confidently say,
