Your story’s action doesn’t start until the hero comes in contact with her villain.Make sure the villain is as relatable as your hero.Does not have to be Darth Vader or an actual bad guy. It can be attitudes, group beliefs, the economy, or the voice of doubt or fear that holds her back from her mission.

Clearly name what stands in her way.
