Dating Agency Contract between Paula Mastrangelo , Fantastica , Schwandenholzstrasse 222, 8046 Zürich www.rumania.ch Agency and Customer Hans Muster , Mustergasse 1, 8000 Zürich Terms The parties agree the following services for the Agency mediation: the Beneficiary is unmarried, divorced, separated or widowed and wants to have a new relationship with the help of the dating Agency. Services of the agency The marriage Agency helps the Customer in finding a suitable partner by offering the following servic es: 1. The Agency due to information received from the client creates its personality profile and developed therefrom together with him his desired partner profile. 2. During the Contract period the Agency will present a selection on individual contacts, with a to tal of two meetings . At the Customer’s request, the Agency will be organize the meeting. 3. According Art. 406 OR, order for the marriage or dating agency, are to be respected and form an integral part of the Partner Agency contract. Duties a nd rights of the Client The Customer shall bear the travel costs (flight ticket) o the chosen women who will be coming to Switzerland. The Customer has the right to know the chosen woman at his place of residence, subject to mutual agreement during the d uration of the contract. The expenses relating to the chosen woman, the costs, such as insurance, meals etc. are charged to the Customer. He is therefore committed to maintain a respectful attitude toward the chosen woman and behave decently with her. If from the meeting does not result a long lasting relationship, the customer has the right, after the payment of further compensation, to meet two companions with the same obligations and rights outlined above. Beginning of Contract / End of Contract Th e mandate of double mediation begins with the signature of the Customer. The Agency will begin its activity only after the Customer will have made the payment. Both the Client and the Agency may make the cancellation of the contract, in writing, within s even days of the conclusion of the contract. If within nine months does not result any lasting relationship this contract shall automatically expire. Privacy Policy The stored data of the Customer will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third part ies. After the end of the contract the Agency will return to the Customer any photos and undertakes to erase the data stored electronically. Fees Consultancy package with a maximum of 2 partner meeting : Partners proposal (payable in advance) : CHF 1 ’ 200. 00 Additional regulations The Agency is not responsible for anything that may result from a relationship between the Customer and the woman of his choice (incompatibility of characters, separation etc..). The Agency also rejects any liability for valuables, gifts etc. on that the Customer intends to offer or make available to the woman of his choice. Finally to safeguard their mutual interests as well as the realization of the purpose of the contract the Customer must report regularly to the Agenc y the development of the relationship. If from this mediation service contract disputes arise, it is recognized the competence of both parties and is exclusively the legal right of Zurich in Switzerland.
