2. Governance structure of the Cooperation

Decision making organ, consisting of the donor signatories to the MoU, SAIs nominated to represent the regional committees and INTOSAI bodies. The Committee meets about once a year.

Composed of two Co-Chairs, one representing INTOSAI and one representing the donors

, and two vice-Chairs, one representing INTOSAI, and one representing the donors.
