Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease HippocratesThere is no such thing as a magical cure There is no such a thing as a cure Our own body is the only cure If you abuse it dont expect purple magic pills Only purple magic painkillersThe drugs created by the medical industry are not cures They are treatments designed for symptoms Until they can detect any of the symptoms there is absolutely nothing that they can do Industry only works with the disease We may be full of different kinds of toxins have a high level of inflammation but until we have a problem like cancer guess what For industry we are healthyIn reality you probably dont care about your health as long as you have it When you develop some of the first symptoms then the industry can feed on your anxiety The problem is that if you abuse your body it is already too late for you when you get the first signs of chronic diseases like heart disease or diabetes Also why do we get all of those socalled diseases of affluence Because we live in a state of maladaptation to our current technologically shaped habitat and diet Today we can eat anytime anywhere whatever we want The problem is that animals eat impulsively because the brain is a condition to do it for survival Food has always been a scarce resource in nature but today all is shifted Today we have a neverending stream of animal products that we are not evolutionarily adapted enough to eat in large amounts Today we have a neverending stream of process foods that we are not evolutionarily adapted to eat at all Food is not just the source of nutrients anymore It is a drug and the source of selfgratification Our brain might evolve more than the brain of our hominin ancestors but our liver and internal organs endocrine and immune system and our basic level of physiology did not Difference between our modern way of life and diet and way of life and diet of our hominin ancestors creates physiological maladaptation That disbalance then expresses itself in the form of chronic disease and the form of impaired quality of lifeIs the veganism the answer Yes and no It depends Science is already here and the answers are here We have to review them This book goal is not to promote any group or believe system This book goal is to analyze a broad spectrum of scientific studies and to do the objective review The topic of this book is health in a broader sense not just diet regime as veganism Subjects are extensive and comprehensive and designed to cover the entirety of the health issues we are facing today This book is designed to be a starting point for further learning and research Research that you should do for yourself to find your answersAt the end of the day if you do not want to read or learn or if you just dont care at least remember this It is not a job of your doctor to care for you It is your job and nobody elses.
