License Description: The applicant must be a graduate of a medical school and completed at least one (1) year of internship/residency for graduates of a medical school accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) of the AMA or a college of osteopathy accredited by the AOA. A Bachelor\'s Degree in human services field may be substituted for 2,000 hours of work experience. A Master\'s Degree in a human services field may be substituted for 4,000 hours; Clinical Supervision: Must have documented a minimum of 300 hours in four domains.
