Also name the set of farmers (geography & exact shg/fpo)** Visit of mandi samity: When we visited mandi samity we saw farmers coming from 100 km to sell their commodityUrgency to sell, Local audience, Multiple transport and handling , which cost in 5-10%.
** Visit of villages: When we visited villages we found that lots of grains was wasted due to wait for the desired price of farmers. Even offered price was not satisfactory for them. **Meet with insider of mandi samity: There is a higher commission was being charged to farmers.

Present scenario and opportunity** Government does not allow agri trade outside mandi, due to which farmers was bound to sell their grain at the price offered by mandi samity
.Solution: Recently APMC act allowed mandi outside mandi samity also. So we applied for the licence and we got e mandi licence in 2018. Afterwards we started e mandi hassle free solution to farmers. One point solution: E mandi, warehousing, Commodity finance. Policy Changes – An Opportunity
