Metamorphic Rocks . Are Composed of Sedimentary, Igneous, or Metamorphic Minerals that Have Recrystallized.. Marble from Carrara, Italy. Pre-existing sedimentary, igneous, or metamorphic rock changed to a new assemblage of minerals. . Change is Good. Metamorphic Rocks. Formed from intense heat and pressure!.
