Phase I: hello For most patients, this is the first appointment. We spend an extra 15 minutes going over your complaint and medical history so we can understand you. We can’t treat you well without knowing you. So, we ask you to be detailed when completing the Health Questionnaire. If you have questions, don’t be shy! SCHEDULE Phase II: treat After your first appointment, we phase into the active tr eatment stage. We may prescribe treatment once per week, twice per week or thrice per week for two weeks. The treatment is completely customized to the patient. So even when two patients have the same condition, this phase can be planned differently.
