Bakeware

includes pans of various shapes and sizes that are used for baking and must be oven safe

Baking relies on accurate measurements and ingredients as much as it relies on the right piece of equipment

Cookware refers to items used to prepare meals on the stove top – usually pots and pans.

Thick, heavy-gauge metal promotes even cooking and prevents warping, which can lead to accidents.

Can be classified based on their function - measuring tools, mixing tools, and cutting tools.

As a general rule, store all tools in or near the area in which they will be used most.
