Questions Tell me a little bit about your company. Background about Pinot's Palette What do you like about working for your company What types of employees do you hire? Can you describe the culture of your organization? Does your organization get its reality/source of energy externally or internally? External – outwardly oriented toward competition and customers Internal – internally oriented toward its own technology, leaders’ dreams, or its own culture.

Questions How does your organization gather information (Sensing or Intuition)? Sensing - mainly focused on the present, the details, and the actuality of situations Intuition - focused on the future, the big picture, and the possibilities inherent in situations? What is your organization’s way of processing information or judging situations to make a decision (Thinking or Feeling)? Thinking – impersonal process so that decision making happens on the basis of principles like consistency, competence, and efficiency Feeling – a personal process that depends on values such as individuality, the common good, and creativity

Questions How does the organization deal with the external world (Judging or Perceiving)? Judging – prefer to reach firm decisions, define things clearly, and get closure on issues Perceiving – always seeking more input, preferring to leave things loose, or opting to keep their choices open Does your company have a focus on learning and training? What programs have you had in the past? How does the training and learning look now. How do you see training and learning happening any organization in the future? What are the corporate goals?
