Senior Cricket The Rutland season is now underway with already 2 games completed The opening game vs Kimbolton was a great game played in great spirits by both teams Kimbolton batted first and scored 2922 after they were put in to bat by Phil Lewis Shidhu Kanade took 2 early wickets and the going was good for Yaxley until a destructive over off the bowling of Phil Lewis 32 saw Kimbolton accelerate to a very good total Kimboltons No4 made 165 with some excellent striking and was backed up by their No3 with a steady 72 In reply Yaxley were 171 all out with Matt Jarvis making 53 on his debut and Phil Lewis with 36.
