1. Disconnect the saw from the power source.Slide2

Check distance from a miter slot to

the side of a tip of the blade on the

front side of the blade, with a square

as shown.Rotate the blade so the same blade tip is at the rear side and recheck distance at the rear side of the blade.

If the distances from the miter slot

to the blade differs by more than .010 “, front to rear side of the blade,

proceed to the next step. Slide3

Remove rear panel by

Removing four screws

5. Loosen wing nut on dust chuteSlide5

6. Swing Dust chute down

Out of the way.

7. Loosen 2 screws.Slide6

Loosen the two set screws only slightly

with either the “T” handle or “L” shaped

3/16” hex wrench supplied with the saw.Slide7

Push or pull on the end

i

f the motor gently until the distance from the miter slot to the blade is equal on the front and back side of the blade. Remember to rotate the blade so the distance

is measured on the same tooth of the blade.Slide8

9. Retighten the two set screws.Slide9

Reposition the dust chute

and retighten the wing nut.Slide10

Reposition the

rear panel and

fasten with four Screws.
