2007: Voluntary e-filling in of applications over 200 ha - ~ 3 000 claims
2008: Voluntary e-submission for all farmers - ~ 180 000 claims2009- : Obligatory e-submission for all farmers based on national regulation

Helping farmers with e-submission
Most of the farmers do not use computers in every day lifeFarm Advisors give technical help
Out of the total ~180 000 claims:~130 000 were submitted by farm advisors - technical help~30 000 were submitted by proxies~20 000 were submitted on the farmers own
On the 20
th
of April 2015: 22 344 claims were submitted and 11 723 were in the process of filling in
