4. Who Uses P&T?Any organization that maintains a drug formulary utilizes a P&T CommitteeHospitalsHealth PlansPrescription Benefit Managers (PBMs)VA and Military

P&T Committee MembershipPrimarily physicians and pharmacistsIncludes practitioners from a variety of specialtiesMay also include members from other divisions of healthcareNursing, Nutritional Services, Administration, Law, Quality AssuranceMay also include lay member(s)Represents plan membersNot a healthcare provider
