MOSA representation is involved in the planning and approving of those strategies to ensure MOSA objectives are being met.MOSA representation is required in regular PM battle rhythm and business practices, including: Functional Requirements Authentication Boards (FRAB), Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR) planning, and reallocation of resources will occur to align with MOSA requirements and objectives.Conformance and GuidanceFuture guidance and policy will focus on conformance metrics, criteria, and evaluation procedures.Until metrics and processes are standard practice, PMs are provided guidance and expected to represent MOSA objectives in standard business and technical review
