to offer a
more efficient and smarter delivery service.
OkHi
has a database of 100,000+ client’s home and office addresses with-in Nairobi, all tied to their mobile number.
How it works?
Each time we deliver a package to a customer, their address is stored and tied to their mobile number. Next time we have a delivery under the same mobile number, we already have their address details stored.
When one of our couriers begins a delivery, their app automatically triggers an SMS to the customer notifying them that their package is
en
-route. The SMS also contains the name of the driver and a link to a website where they can track their delivery on a map in real-time.
Once the delivery is fulfilled , after 1 hour, another SMS is sent to the customer asking them to rate the service as well as the driver. All this information is then made available to our clients as well as our internal team for driver KPIs.

flexible is GetBoda?Very. We have over 130 couriers that work for us on a contract basis, if our core fleet does not fill the capacity, we will add more couriers to your team.
Do you deliver large packages?From fridges to TVs we have delivered it all. The price per package for large packages will be provided on request.
