DTC OverviewDTC Information:Start Date will be Monday February 15th, 2021DTC Price Changes going into effect Feb 15th & 16th – pricing enouncement sent on 2/5/2021DTC Advantages:No More WDW Ticket StockNo More Monthly Counting of WDW TicketsNo more waiting for new stock when the price changes. No More Waiting to be restocked by when tickets sell outPrint on Demand Access to all ticket typesInstallations that stocked only specific tickets, like the Military promotion, or 3, 4, & 5 day tickets will now have on demand access to all tickets to better meet customer needs.

4. Login Access DTC for Installation StaffManagers will receive access to DTC after they complete DTC training the week of Feb 8th – 12thAfter the manager receives access they will instruct sellers and staff on submitting requests for accessManagers will approve staff accessManagers are responsible for assigning staff rolesInstallations are responsible for managing their own users. If you lock your account and need assistance getting access to DTC you must ask your manager for assistance.Reminder: Never share your login informationMagnetic Card ReadersMagnetic Card Readers are for DTC Use OnlySellers should never SWIPE a Credit Card through the magnetic readersMagnetic Readers should never be removed from a computer without consulting the Manager.

Sale Process –Confirmation, Customer & Agent Email Agent Emails:When processing a DTC sale an Agent Email is requiredThe agent email will default to the email used to set-up your location storeYou should not change this email without consulting your managerCustomer Emails:When creating a sale a Customer Email is RequiredInput and double check the email with the customer before processing the order, emails are able to be sent once. The email will contain important information for the customer usage and linking of their tickets. There is no way to resend a confirmation if the initial email was invalidConfirmation Pages: Print Customer Confirmation Page and issue to customer for every order.We recommend printing two copies one for the customer and one for back-up.

6. DTC Trouble TicketsVoid/Cancellations:Managers will assign users ability to VOID tickets in DTCDTC allows voiding of a ticket up to 90 days from the original creation date.Managers will instruct sellers on the destruction policy of a voided shell.Never discard a shell without consent of the manager.Shell Void/DisposalTechnical Issue Support:If users run into an issue while using DTCTry logging in and outUse a Different BrowsersSpeak to your ManagerIf manager is not available you can submit a trouble ticket to MTP through AIMS our 24/7 support desk or by contacting MTP.AIMS: 1-844-697-4357 or support@aimshelp.comMTP: 901=874-6891 or info_mtp.fct@navy.milALL Requests should contain your location name, web browsers used, a picture of the error message received, and a brief description of what you were doing when the error occurred.

TMS Ticket Portal - DemoALL Tickets offered by MTP will show in the TMS Ticket Portal when they are Valid for Sale.MTP Retail Prices:Even though DTC Tickets cannot be generated on TMS you can use it to refer to the current MTP Retail price.TMS Dashboard: When there is an update to DTC pricing MTP will post an alert on the TMS DashboardReminder: Check the Dashboard every time you login to TMSThere are No Prices listed in DTC so if you see an alert notice of a price change in TMS make sure your point of sale is reflecting the new price. If the new prices are not present in your point of sale contact your manager.

TMS Ticket Portal - DemoTicket Configuration:MTP Recommended that Naming Convention for WDW Tickets will change from the traditional “WDW 1BASE A” to “DTC 1BASE A” For RecTrac users the RecTrac ID’s will also shift from starting with “DW” to “DC”You can refer to the Details in TMS to help locate the ticket in POSTicket Details: MTP will Retain the general ticket details for sellers to review We encourage all Sellers if location had limited ticket offerings or a customer requests a ticket you are not familiar with, review the ticket details to help you process the sales. Point of Sales/RecTrac:Should see ALL New Tickets/Prices by Friday Feb 8th Navy RecTrac should see the new DTC Buttons on their touch screen and pick-lists
