© D. Rich, 2009 \n \r In many email programs (including FirstClass) it is not possible to send an entire folder as an attachment. You can only attach multiple single files. A zipped folder is a group of files that are compressed together. Although a zip file resembles a folder, it behaves differently, so it can be attached to an email. STEP #1 = Place all of the files you want to zip into one folder. STEP #2 = Select all the files you wish to zip. STEP #3 = Right click on the files and choose Send To � Compressed (Zipped) Folder. Your zipped folder will appear in the same location as the individual files.
