A Monitoring and Evaluation framework developed and aligned with the results framework of the AfP. The government has established the Sierra Leone International Benchmark System to ensure an integrated, rationalised and coordinated reporting on Sierra Leone’s progress on International Development frameworks.The Sierra Leone specific SDGs indicators have also been developed.Monitoring implementation within the context of the SDGs – Agenda 2030Slide6

Embracing critical lessons learnt from Ebola and crash in commodity prices by charting a resilient, diversified and sustainable development path.The partnership created by the SGDs provides an opportunity to leverage additional resources to finance the implementation of the IPoA The extension of the current UNDAF by a year due to upcoming elections will ensure that the next UNDAF is align to the country’s next five year development plan for the period 2019-2023.The goals and targets of the IPoA and the SDGs will also be aligned to the thematic areas that will emerge in the new national plan.Opportunities
