Loner Mobile wirelessly communicates a Missed Check-in Alert to Loner Background Services when a worker has failed to check-in. Loner Mobile also publishes GPS locations in the background according to a dened schedule, providing further location-based history. When a safety incident occurs, Loner Background Services automatically alert moni - toring personnel via email and text message (SMS). Loner Portal provides an alarm banner that indicates safety alerts visually and audibly and is used to display worker locations on an interactive map. The Loner Portal call-out list escalates aging safety alerts to ensure response. If the rst monitoring party does not respond to an inci - dent within a congurable period of time, the alert automatically escalates to the next party. For organizations requiring call center integration, Loner Mobile is compatible with the optional Blackline Loner Web Services that provide software developers with tools to interface directly with Blackline’s infrastructure.
