It is extremely important that we receive a thoughtful evaluation of the individual from you . By endorsing the candidate, Galilee Bible Camp is relying on this information that you are providing . Please complete the attached and return directly to camp. There are two methods for you to return the form, listed below.  If you are completing the form electronically, save the file when complete. Please include the candidate’s name in the file name and remember where you save it .
