Fintech is the use of technology to provide new and improved financial services. It has been generating so much excitement and research interest over the last few years because it is bypassing traditional intermediaries in the offering of financial services. As an expert on Fintech, you are expected to write a report about P2P lending.
You are required to answer the following questions:
(1) What are the current developments with regard to P2P lending vs. traditional lending?
(2) Will P2P lending replace traditional bank lending? You need to review a variety of sources related to this topic and use sufficient evidence to back up your arguments. The sources include academic literature, research reports and news.

Keeping in view the huge growth in P2P lending, this report aims to analyze the P2P lending from two points. The first section focuses on current developments in P2P lending as compare to traditional lending; whereas, second section evaluates the ongoing concern in financial sector that will P2P lending replace the traditional lending?
