Caffeine Addiction

I chose this topic because I want to know how many people or how many percent on the island of Saipan is addicted on caffeine or any beverages.

I chose this topic because I am addicted to coffee also and I want to know

if everyone have the same feeling when they doesn’t have their favorite coffee in the morning. Do they have side effect?

I want to know how many percent of costumers in a restaurant that have coffee or any caffeine drinks.

I want to know how many percent of teenagers, young adults and adults is addicted on the Island of Saipan.Slide3

My Method that I used:

Observation

Interview Experts

Survey

We did

Surveymonkey

in class, and in result 15 up responds. All the answer is divided in ¼, because a quarter is saying they are not addicted, a quarter is saying they are actually addicted and the other quarter saying they don’t know and lastly they just don’t care.

I also interviewed friends and former classmates, and the respond that I get is as a working students coffee is a really help to do work and studies. They said chocolates I a really help too. And few respond that they only drink soft drinks sometimes

Teenagers is the most involved with to much caffeine with energy drinks, coffee and tea.Slide5

Observation

I got a chance to observe restaurants this time, Sherly’s, Java Joe’s, KFC.

At Sherly’s have mostly family gathering so, mostly they have soft drinks. In the morning they have mostly adults having coffee.

Java Joe’s mostly have teenagers and young adults, this place is a common place for doing projects, homework and meetings. So, having coffee, chocolate shake is very common.

KFC is a place for family, so mostly kids like soft drinks.Slide6

Interview Experts

I interview a couple of nurses and a doctor, and their answer is similar to each other they said that caffeine is good but not to much. Because if its too much it may cause you heart problems like irregular heart beat and insomnia. Some may have side effect if they don’t have a caffeine in their body per day. Slide7

R

eview is really helpful, but this is to broad. There are a lots of it that you need to sort out.

I

t is really going to buy some time if you base your research on literature. Slide8

Findings

In the results of my findings, caffeine is good but not much. That is why we call it the legal drug, it may help us in our daily basis. It may relive stress and keep us awake as stimulant to our body.

To much caffeine may lead to have some heart problems and irregular heart beat and insomnia.Slide9

Reflection

I probably do more about this research in the near future. But for some reason I will base and make it more relate to my major which is Business Major.

This topic is very interesting to me and I want to know more of it.Slide10
