– an object made from clay2. Plastic – clay that is soft and easy to work with3. Leatherhard – clay that is slightly dried and holds its shapeSlide3

Score and Slip – scratching up the sides (score) of two pieces of clay and then adding goopy clay (slip) to get them to stick together5. Wedge – kneading clay to get rid of air bubbles6. Greenware
