EL JUEZ QUE LA DICTO EL JUEZ DESIGNADO EN EL COMPROMISO (Art. 1346 y 1052 C.C.)
ESCRITURA DE ADJUDICACIÓN En caso de remate el juez otorgará la escritura al adjudicatario.
V. –Que en el país que se ha dictado la sentencia tenga el carácter de cosa juzgada. V I. – que no exista ninguna sentencia o resolución pendiente en el país extranjero de resolver. Condiciones para que una sentencia extranjera se ejecute en México I.- Que se cumplan las formalidades establecidas en tratados internacionales, en materia de exhortos. II.- Que no se haya dictado como consecuencia de una acción real es. III.- el juez que haya emitido la sentencia tenga competencia de acuerdo a las reglas internacionales.
